Erica Austin is a multi-potentialite, social entrepreneur, community weaver and #ChChAmbassador. Combining her knowledge in architecture; her ability in delivering high level events, conferences and festivals; her passion for photography; and her experience in the startup ecosystem, Erica Austin is the Founder and Chief Experience Curator at E.A.Curation. She works with non-profit organisations, government agencies, education providers and companies offering creative solutions to help curate meaningful experiences.
Erica is interested in how creative disciplines, businesses, community organisations and individuals can work collaboratively. With a Master's degree in Architecture and a passion for making Christchurch awesome, she sees Christchurch as a place to experiment and grow creatively. Erica works closely with creatives and innovators across New Zealand and immerses herself in various organisations such as Ministry of Awesome, Te Putahi (Centre for Architecture and Citymaking), TEDxChristchurch, PechaKucha Night Christchurch, Startup Weekend Christchurch, WWGSD and more. She is also a Trustee at Watch This Space - Christchurch Streetart and is a member of Asia New Zealand Foundation Leadership Network.
